Fair Share Members: The Supreme Court has just changed the law affecting your benefits at work.

These changes are not the result of CCPOA or the Benefit Trust Fund policy, but are the result of a lawsuit brought before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Fair Share Members

As of July 1, 2018 you will no longer receive any benefits negotiated by the CCPOA and provided through the Trust.

The following benefits are affected:

  • $20,000 Basic Life Insurance
  • CCPOA Vision (VSP)
  • U.S. Legal “Family Protector” Legal Program
  • $5,000 Accidental Death Insurance
  • CCPOA Primary Dental
  • CCPOA Western Dental

Non-Member Update

To keep these benefits, and also be eligible for additional benefits, you can convert your Fair Share status and become a CCPOA member.

The process is simple. Go HERE to access the CCPOA application form.
You can submit an application electronically via e-sign or download one to print and return.

Once you are a CCPOA member, you will continue with all your current benefits through the Trust, plus becoming eligible for the following additional plans and programs:
